Collision Center Advisor
Collision Center Advisor should have a basic knowledge of vehicles and be willing to learn how to prepare estimates on damaged vehicles. Candidate must also have excellent customer service skills and also be responsible for contacting customers and keeping them informed during the repair status. Applicant must be well organized and be able to work in a fast paced atmosphere. Must be able to learn how to open repair orders and also book and close repair orders. Applicant will have to be in contact and work with insurance adjusters on a daily basis and be responsible for keeping those relationships in good standing. Employer is willing to train ideal candidate in all areas mentioned above. Insurance Industry Experience is a plus. We are seeking an individual with top of the line customer service skills. On the job customer service experience is a plus. Health benefits provided after 90 days of employment that includes eye, dental and life insurance. RESPONSIBILITIES
Greet customers promptly and exercise empathy in appropriate situations
Obtain customer and vehicle information
Clearly report all vehicle damage as described by the customer
Prepare a complete and accurate estimate of cost for labor and parts
Establish follow up schedule with repair process updates
Proactive outreach to customers with status updates on their vehicle on a regular basis
Verify that the final invoice reconciles with the work performed on the repair order
Handle the Collision Repair from start to finish.
Explain all completed work and charges to customers
REQUIREMENTS
Strong customer service and communication skills
Motivated, energetic and to provide a great overall customer experience
Personal and professional integrity
Computer experience and willingness to learn new programs
Work with Mobile APPS and Tablet.
Clean driving record & valid driver’s license
