Job description

We are looking for a commercial cleaner to perform the job duties and maintain our facilities as required and standards met. The cleaner should be able to perform the required tasks in a timely manner and follow all guidelines and procedures.

• Perform daily activities - mopping, sweeping, remove trash, clean bathrooms, desks, offices, breakrooms, sinks, etc.
• Vacuum carpets
• Clean interior glass for smudges and fingerprints
• Maintain exterior entrance areas to be clean and free from debris
• Clean outside utilities and customer areas
• Perform weekly and monthly tasks (dusting, vent cleaning, baseboards, etc.)
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
• Knowledge and experience to mix and use cleaning chemicals and equipment appropriately
• Maintain inventory of supplies and order as needed
• Maintain cleanliness and report any maintenance issues to appropriate pertson
• Follow all OSHA rules and procedures
• Be punctual and report at job site as required per schedule

Skills

• Have a proven performance of commercial cleaning,
• possess a positive attitude and good work ethic
• ability to work independently
• have own transportation
• Valid driver's license or state issued ID
• Must have a HS diploma or GED

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
