Community Associate
Job description
Seeking a licensed Community Association Manager professional to manage a portfolio of condominium and homeowners associations out of our Suntree/Viera office location.

Prior Community Association Manager experience highly desired. Florida CAM license is required. Must possess superior leadership qualities, have excellent organizational skills, be computer literate, experience with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Management software and understand accounting and budget principles. Must also have the skill to maneuver through the day to day intricacies of property management while maintaining a professional demeanor.
Required:
- High School Diploma/GED
- Some college or degree preferred
- Prefer minimum 6 months management experience.
- Valid Driver's License with clean driving record
- Florida CAM License or willingness and ability to obtain one.
- You will be required to travel for work: driving radius is Brevard County. Reliable vehicle is required.
- Candidate must possess excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
- Candidate must be computer literate.
This being a full-time position, employee would be eligible for employee benefits which include 100% company paid employee health insurance premium. Salary will depend on experience and size of portfolio managed.
