LOCATION: This position is an onsite role, based in Indianapolis, IN at the Clif Bar Plant.
Mission: Provide organizational, administrative, and community support to the Indianapolis Bakery team. The ideal candidate for this role will be organized, reliable, and have a heart for being the bridge between our bakery and community.
Responsibilities & Outcomes:
- Ensure personal safety, food safety and quality protocols are followed.
- Provide administrative and office support to Indianapolis Bakery teams.
- Oversee the product donation program and purchasing swag on behalf of the Bakery.
- Create and organize meaningful and engaging volunteer opportunities.
- Serve as a liaison between community partners and Bakery teams.
- Maintain confidential information and sensitive business records. Assist in coordinating meetings, business planning, budget preparation and other business of a confidential or critical nature to ensure that requirements and deadlines are met.
- Assist in the planning and execution of Bakery events.
- Back-up for Bakery Receptionist.
- Provide Bakery admin support in meeting preparation, room reservations, presentation materials, catering etc.
- Back-up for Bakery Receptionist.
- Act as an ambassador for the Bakery.
- Perform all other related duties as requested.

- Be self-directed and motivated.

- Ability to support and engage with a multi-lingual employee population
- 3+ years previous experience working in an Administrative Assistant Role.
- 1+ years of volunteerism/community service involvement
- Experience in a manufacturing or food production environment a plus.

Pay range for this position: $27.40/hr- $34.25/hr
