· You have a valid North Carolina driver’s license and an operational vehicle as this position requires travel.

Primary Job Duties:

· Create and implement effective sales and marketing plan for home care and placement.

· Build and maintain effective and productive relationships with area referral sources.

· Generate referrals and achieve sales and marketing plan goals.

· Meet with clients/families, offer solutions, and close the sale.

· Demonstrate positive interpersonal relations in dealing with all members of the agency.

· Give presentations to local businesses to increase awareness and visibility.

Requirements:

· Education: associate or bachelor’s degree strongly preferred.

· Experience: Two years’ sales/marketing experience in healthcare.

· Prior experience in customer service, community relations, medical office, senior community, etc. would be advantageous. Proven track record of effectively growing business.

· Interpersonal Skills: Must possess excellent communication and effective listening skills.

· Ability to develop and maintain working relationship with clients, referral sources, staff, and others.

· Proficient in Microsoft applications.
