VidaFlo specializes in IV Hydration, vitamin infusion, and NAD+ with clinics in Nashville, Franklin, Murfreesboro, Hendersonville, and concierge services supporting the surrounding areas.

The role requires an energetic, friendly, and enthusiastic individual. The Community Development Manager will preserve VidaFlo brand integrity and customer experience by creating a positive image in-clinic (e.g. facility cleanliness, employee conduct and attitude, etc.) and out-of-clinic (e.g. social media, strategic event partnerships, etc.).

You will report directly to the Executive VP/COO and are responsible for delivering the best possible client experience that will contribute to the growth of the entire team and business. The Manager is someone with initiative and has natural and professional ability to network with the local community to promote the Vida Flo services for the assigned clinic(s). You will be instrumental in networking, planning, and hosting events in the community and at the assigned clinic(s) to promote Vida Flo membership growth. Inside the clinic, your role is to manage the daily operations of the assigned clinic(s) to promote a positive image, culture, and a productive work environment. You may need to be able to make difficult decisions to uphold the company’s overall well-being and growth. You will work closely with upper management to discuss the assigned clinic’s needs and brainstorm ways to grow/improve.

Job Description:

· Communicates effectively with team and clients

· Collaborates with executives and other management staff to define and execute on business objectives

· Demonstrates leadership and inclusivity

· Builds relationships by designing and implementing market strategies to increase visibility in the community: Plans and implements events inside and outside the clinic(s) aimed at growing memberships

· Monitors/Tracks the teams' performance using a KPI tracker and other applicable reports; identifies opportunities for improvement and implements action plans

· Oversees daily clinic operations

· Oversees customer/member accounts; resolves concerns

· Serves as a point person for office manager duties including maintenance, mailing, ordering and stocking supplies, equipment, bills, errands, etc...

· Ensure maximum efficiency of clinic operations

· Assists with hiring and training new employees; assists other management staff with scheduling staff members

· Mentors and coaches team members to create an environment of growth

· Assists other management staff with completing team performance reviews

· Adheres to company policies/procedures; educates clinic staff on policies/procedures and holds them accountable for following policies/procedures

· Serves as a point of escalation for all customer and team relations

· Manages assigned clinic(s)’ communications via email and phone

· Works inside the clinic in the role of wellness consultant 2 days per week (10-hour shifts), including some weekends

· Promotes the business on applicable social media sites

· Works with Apple systems, MS Office, and Google Drive

· Other duties as assigned, essential or otherwise.

Job Requirements:

· Full-time availability is required.

Shift:

· Variable hours as required to meet Management duties

Education:

· Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

· Proven management/leadership experience is required; at least 1 year

· Previous Sales and Marketing experience is required

License/Certification:

· NA
