VACANT POSITION AVAILABLE: Community & Residential Support Staff

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Minimum requirements include High School Diploma or equivalent; valid Michigan
driver’s license; valid automobile insurance; satisfactory completion of required
group home curriculum training; personal qualifications of maturity; ability to
communicate with other adults and ability to respond to the needs of new
situations.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsibilities include performing activities that facilitate a consumer's
independence and self-sufficiency, while promoting community inclusion and
integration. Services are provided in a licensed adult foster care setting and may
include assistance with activities of daily living, personal care tasks, meal
preparation, household maintenance, medication management, and
transportation. Demonstrates knowledge of and actively supports culturally
competent, recovery based practices.

POSITION TYPE: Part Time; Hourly; Combination of 1st and 2nd shifts

RATE OF PAY: $15.94 - $19.31 per hour; *_Starting rate at $18.29 per hour.

$1,000.00 sign-on bonus available – prorated based on hours worked
