Orion Wholesale is a leading wholesale distributor in the shooting sports industry. Our company is expanding and seeking a compliance specialist with industry knowledge to join the team! We have opened a state-of-the-art distribution center and corporate office in Southern Indiana that will enable business growth for decades to come. Responsibilities include…

  • Review orders daily to ensure proper invoicing, shipping, and inventory
  • Set up new customer accounts
  • Conduct monthly inventory
  • Facilitate all returns and any issues that arise with them, including manufacturer issues
  • Submit and ship all NFA orders
  • Complete lost/missing gun reports if necessary
  • Manage FedEx claims for damaged/missing goods
  • Assist with customer service claims as needed
  • Identify potential risks and propose solutions for compliance issues
  • Quality check 4473s and multiple gun sales for retail location

Qualifications…

  • Experience with firearms including 4473s, preferable
  • Knowledge of computer programs including Excel and other Microsoft tools
  • Detail-oriented
  • Time management
  • Good communication skills in an office environment
  • Willingness to learn and initiative to fix problems

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
