We are seeking a skilled and experienced Permanent Concrete Former to join our team in the construction industry. As a Permanent Concrete Former, you will be responsible for creating and installing concrete forms and frames for various construction projects. You will work alongside a team of professionals to ensure that all projects are completed on time and to the highest standards.

Responsibilities:

• Create and install concrete forms and frames for various construction projects
• Read and interpret blueprints and construction plans
• Measure and cut materials to the required specifications
• Prepare and clean the work area before and after each project
• Ensure that all safety protocols are followed at all times
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure that projects are completed on time and to the highest standards
• Troubleshoot and solve any problems that may arise during the construction process
• Maintain tools and equipment in good condition
• Train and mentor junior team members

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in concrete forming, concrete frame and formwork, concrete construction, and cast in place concrete
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent understanding of construction materials and techniques
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction plans
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems quickly and efficiently
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
• Physically fit and able to lift heavy materials and equipment
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
