We are seeking an energetic Construction Estimator to join our rapidly growing team. The construction estimator is responsible for writing reconstruction estimates and working with insurance companies and customers to restore homes in our community. Not only does this position offer a comfortable salary but it also offers uncapped bonus potential.
Overall Responsibilities Duties:
- Meeting with homeowners and business owners to scope the project
- Developing a detailed estimate for reconstruction
- Working with insurance adjusters and customers to gain approval on reconstruction scope
- Customer Service duties, including problem resolution
- Working with the overall construction team to expedite reconstruction projects
- Following written production procedures.
Qualifications:
- Multifaceted (home building and remodeling experience)
- Proficient in Xactimate (not required but ideal)
- Leadership
- Good communication / customer service
- Competent with technology
- Team Player
- Strong sense of urgency
- Valid Washington Driver’s License/Clean driving record
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

Salary range 60-75K depending on experience.
