Overview:
TeleWorld Solutions is seeking a full-time DAS Construction Manager with In-building experience to join our growing team. The chosen candidate will lead installation crews, provide quality assurance, and will be primary POC on-site when dealing with clients. This person will be responsible for ensuring that the client is satisfied with the work being provided by Teleworld Solutions. Candidate should have experience doing site-walks and evaluating venues for wireless deployments. Prior In-building DAS and Structured Cabling construction, Commissioning, PIM and Sweep testing, Fiber testing, etc.
This role requires travel in the Southeastern states.

Lead and supervise field installation teams with deployment, construction, and implementation.
Qualifications:
- Assist in training the new members of the field team.
- Overseeing the quality and delivery of the installation throughout the project.
- Maintain good relationships with the clients.
- Manage projects from site survey, installation, commissioning, optimization, and testing.
- Act as the technical resource on DAS OEM equipment for installation teams.
- Collaborate with DAS project management team to create BOMs, budget, scope, and timeline.
- Assist project managers in setting project budgets, scope, and timelines.
- Conduct on-site data collection.
- Create methods of procedure (MOP) and support documentation.
- DAS troubleshooting
- Minimum 4 years of experience in construction of in-building wireless solutions.
- Experience in in-building wireless industry (carrier experience or experience with DAS or turnkey
- Hands-on experience with various wireless hardware such as CommScope, JMA/Teko, SOLiD,
- Must have hands-on experience and working knowledge of Anritsu Sweep/Spectrum analyzer
- Experience interpreting Construction Drawings iBwave designs.
- Commissioning experience a PLUS.
- Site surveys for pre-design assessment of a building / venue.
- DAS OEM certifications (preferred) ( CommScope, JMA/Teko, SOLiD,
- Ability to work in a team environment.
