Job Title: Consumer Lending Specialist

Location: Hybrid 1 day a week at Glenn Allen, VA facility

Primary duties:

• Reviewing consumer loan documents from imaging system
• On in office days, reviewing paper loan documentation
• Reviewing for accuracy and addressing inconsistencies, missing items, or errors in another system.
• Review for accuracy, go into another system to address errors if there are mistakes on the documents § Customer contact - is all internal, via email mostly
• SLA is 10 days for pending review, work is assigned out every morning, mostly consumer loans, but there could be opportunity for commercial.
• Feedback provided as necessary from another party verifying loan reviews for quality assurance step.

Experience & Skills:

• Banking experience helpful, especially with loan documentation to have a foundation of understanding language and verbiage
• Understanding of data trust and appraisal is helpful
• Ability to multitask
• Attention to detail
• Strong verbal and written communication
• Helpful Experience could include – Loan processor, loan closer or loan servicing experience.
• Mortgage experience is also translatable - Technologies –
• Horizon is the core system
• Ceris houses exceptions FCM (FIS Content Management) is the imaging system
• Hybrid day in office - rotating schedule that changes monthly for 1 day in office, that can be flexible.
• Working hours: 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM with a 30-minute lunch or 9:00 AM to 5:30 with a 30 minute lunch.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $25.00 - $27.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
