Must Haves

• Understands and utilizes content and communication strategy in their problem-solving process. Collaborates with business, legal and development teams to finalize deliverables that communicate content. Collaborates with design leads and other UX team members regularly. Self-manages time and activities. Places the customer at the center of everything they do.

• Examples of prior work that show thought process, outputs and outcomes.
