Job Summary:

To oversee the implementation of the company's training, data management, and operational excellence strategies.

Job Responsibilities

• Drive improvements in food and staff safety, quality, production efficiency, prices, and waste reduction by working with internal and external teams.
• Utilize data to identify performance gaps versus best practices, and then collaborate with plant executives to develop and carry out an improvement strategy.
• Assume the role of subject matter expert for the deployment strategy and CI/lean procedures.
• Create and offer CI training and instruction.
• Lead and coach CI events by actively taking part. Make sure the production community is aware of the financial drivers and key performance indicators (KPI) and how to apply them.
• Assist site management with technical leadership to improve the production lines.
• Examine new product processes to determine the best places to apply CI and lean tools.
• Added obligations as necessary.

Job Requirements

• With atleast 5 years of experience in the same position
• Experience in Foodservice/retail manufacturing experience minimum 5 years’ previous
• B.S. degree in IE or Food science desired
• Ability to drive change
• Ability to demonstrate effective decision-making skills
• Able to communicate effectively at all levels

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $110,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

• Bonus pay
