Our partner client, a leader in the petroleum industry, has a long-term contract need for a
Contract Analyst-SAP Outline Agreement Specialist at their location in West Houston near the Energy Corridor. This position will be onsite, Monday-Friday.

Scope of Work:
  • Create and maintain outline agreements in SAP, including contracts, scheduling agreements, and outline purchase agreements.
  • Review and update existing outline agreements to ensure that they reflect the current business requirements.
  • Work closely with procurement, logistics, and other departments to ensure that the outline agreements are aligned with the company's procurement strategy.
  • Ensure that the terms and conditions of the outline agreements are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Monitor the performance of vendors and suppliers to ensure that they are meeting the contractual obligations.
  • Analyze outline agreement data in SAP to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Ensure that all activities are conducted in compliance with relevant policies, procedures, and regulations.

Qualifications and Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain management, or a related field (preferred) or 3+ years of relevant experience
  • 3+ years of experience in SAP procurement and outline agreements management.
  • Strong knowledge of SAP MM module and outline agreements management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Knowledge of procurement best practices and regulations.
