Job Summary

Responsible for end-to-end administrative processing of behavioral health provider and facility contracts. This position will work collaboratively with providers and other team members within Lucet to promote timely processing of provider contracts and ensure provider contract and rate information is entered, audited, and maintained accurately in applicable Lucet systems.

Essential Functions

  • Enter, maintain, and audit provider data in Salesforce.
  • Generate, send, and process provider contracts, amendments, addendums and fee schedules using Adobe Sign and Salesforce.
  • Enter, audit and maintain accurate updated provider and facility demographics, contract and rate information in Salesforce, or future contract management system.
  • Run queries and reports as requested, audit prior to distribution, provide data to validate compliance with contract requirements, as applicable.
  • Maintain new and/or revised fee schedules and ensure negotiated rates are in line with desired financial targets. Escalate outliers, as appropriate.
  • Send term notices for Lucet initiated term. Enter term information into Salesforce and notify other departments as needed.
  • Track, process, and load annual rate escalators, P4P, VBP, Gold Card, and any other special pricing information into Salesforce.
  • Assist in gathering documents from providers for initial credentialing.
  • Adheres to Lucet Mission Statement, Core Values, Code of Business Conduct and Compliance Program
  • Complies with all Federal and applicable State laws and Lucet policies regarding privacy, confidentiality and security of health information and other designated information
  • Any other Department projects as assigned.
  • Seek more efficient processes to contract and maintain accurate provider information.

Job Qualifications

Required

  • High school diploma and 2 years healthcare industry related experience, and aptitude for detailed work
  • Exceptional customer service skills, including ability to communicate in a friendly way to resolve issues over phone and through email with providers, internal personnel and customer partners.
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel.

Preferred

  • Bachelor's degree in a behavioral health related field, business administration, or communications with
  • 3+ years of experience in a health care environment.
  • Experience negotiating provider contracts.
