Job Description
Full Time – Exempt
Monday-Friday 8:00am - 4:15pm with a half hour lunch
We are on a 9 day pay period schedule; you will get one day off per pay period (work 5 days one week, and 4 days the next).
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Master’s degree preferred
- 5-10 years of experience in supervision and finance management.
- Minimum 2 years of non-profit accounting experience
- Experience in working with multiple legal entities/funding sources under different legal umbrellas
- Experience with financial reporting requirements
- Ability to work in fast paced environment and manage multiple deadlines
- Familiarity with both payroll processing and Human Resource functions
GENERAL DUTIES:
- Ensure that financial operations are conducted in accordance with applicable regulations and are
- responsive to the needs of agency personnel.
- Act as financial support person to management team.
- Serve as HR liaison within the agency
ACTIVITIES:
- Managing processes related to fiscal and human resources functions
- Financial software, heavy Excel usage
- Developing standard operating procedures for fiscal and HR
- Auditing, accounting, and corporate finance – Manage several different funding sources and their requirements/audits/deadlines
- Analyzing information
- Develop and manage budgets, track expenses
- Staff performance management
- Oversee hiring and on-boarding
- Payroll and benefits management/administration
Perform all other activities as may be assigned relating to the efficient and effective accomplishment of agency objectives.

Physical Demands
Reaches to secure files, reports, folders, etc. required to complete tasks
Required to drive agency vehicle
Required to talk in person and by telephone to obtain and interpret detailed information
Able to sit and stand for long periods
Able to climb stairs
Able to use writing equipment both manual and electronic
Required to lift up to 50 lbs.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
