Sandri Energy is now hiring a full time Convenience Store Manager for our Williston, VT store. We are a family-owned small chain of convenience stores, with 18 locations throughout Western Mass, New Hampshire, and Vermont. We take pride in providing safe locations that keep our customers (and their cars) fueled up and on the go.

Responsibilities of a Convenience Store Manager at Sandri Include:

• Hiring, training, supervising, scheduling, and training a team of store associates
• Vendor management, ordering, and returns
• Inventory
• Loss control and implementing a store maintenance program
• Customer service, including service recovery when a customer has a complaint or concern
• Compliance with state lottery outlet requirements and the safe sale of age restricted products such as alcohol and tobacco
• Working with a District Manager to meet store sales goals and stay within expense targets

Our ideal candidate for the Convenience Store Manager role will have the following skills and traits:

• At least 3 years experience in a retail setting, convenience store experience preferred
• Prior supervisory experience or keyholder experience preferred
• Minimum education level of a high school diploma or equivalent
• Organized and highly conscientious
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Computer literate
• Good general math skills and ability to balance sales records and cash drawers
