We are currently seeking an energetic, ambitious, Line Cook to work in our clients restaurant! They are a high volume, FAST PACED café, serving breakfast and lunch all day, every day. Weekend availability is a must for this Line Cook position as they are the busiest days. We are looking for long-term career minded individuals for this great opportunity.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18 - $22 per hour based on experience

Job Duties and Responsibilities for the Line Cook:

• Set up and stocking stations with all necessary supplies
• Prepare food for service (e.g., chopping vegetables, slicing meat, or preparing sauces)
• Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff
• Clean up station and take care of leftover food
• Stock inventory appropriately
• Ensure that food comes out simultaneously, in high quality and in a timely fashion
• Comply with sanitation regulations and safety standards
• Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers

Physical Requirements for the Line Cook:

• Standing, cutting, possible lifting

Experience Required:

• At least one year line cook experience
• Breakfast experience preferred but not required

Equipment Used:

• All types of kitchen equipment.

Work Schedule:

• 5 days a week - includes weekends / 6AM - 2:30PM
