LEAD LINE COOK:

l’escale restaurant & bar, a fine dining restaurant featuring seasonal Mediterranean cuisine at the Delamar Hotel Greenwich Harbor, is seeking an experienced Lead Line Cook to supervise and execute food preparation and daily service. The Lead Line Cookwill assist the head chef to ensure the highest standards of quality, presentation, cleanliness and hygiene are met.

Candidates should have a minimum 1-3 years’ experience in a high volume, casual/fine dining setting and be passionate about cooking from scratch with farm fresh ingredients.

This position is for immediate hire. Competitive rates starting at $20/hour BOE, plus a comprehensive benefits package including:
