INFORMATION/REQUIREMENTS:

An essential function of this position is the ability to work in person and physically report for work on site.

JOB SUMMARY:
This position is responsible for providing support to the employee relations office. This position will support programs, policies, and procedures and will foster positive relations between employees and the organization as well as reviewing and evaluating compliance issues/concerns within the School Division. This position supports in ensuring fair and equal enforcement of employee relations related issues and provides guidance and resources in creating positive and inclusive working environments for all employees. This position will support the handling and monitoring of employee concerns, complaints and investigations.
