The Training Manager will identify and monitor the training needs of the organization, and design, plan, and implement training programs, policies, and procedures to fulfill those needs, thereby ensuring successful performance outcomes.

  • Bachelor’s Degree required, or equivalent combination of education, training and experience (minimum 6 years)
  • Must possess exceptional organizational and prioritizing skills
  • Leadership: 3 years (Required)
  • Communication skills: 3 years (Required)

  • Microsoft Office: 5 years (Required)
  • Time management: 2 years (Required)
  • Trainer: 2 years (Required)
  • Call center: 2 years (Required)
  • Automotive: 2 years (Preferred)
  • Sales: 2 years (Preferred)
Responsibilities:
Responsibilities:
  • This position has the responsibility of learning, identifying, designing, and developing appropriate training solutions while delivering sales training for both new hires and existing employees
  • Conduct Foundational/Product/Process training for new participants as per the business requirement
  • Track and Report Training / Trainee progress
  • Prepare and maintain knowledgebase articles on products and processes
  • Maintain high level adherence to policies, procedures, and processes
  • Prepare and Administer Training Need Analysis (TNA) / skill gap assessment and conduct refresher training for tenured editors as per the need
  • Design curriculum, develop content, role plays & case studies
  • Ensure learner satisfaction, their learning and application on the job
  • Monitor, track, measure and manage effectiveness of training programs
  • Periodically upgrade knowledge & skills on new/emerging products and services
  • Ensure quality adherence to quality requirements
  • Ensure a closed loop feedback system between Training & Operations is maintained
  • Effectively manage the classroom environment in a positive and professional manner
  • Ability to monitor, coach, and mentor team learners
  • Work in a call center environment and maintain required business hours
