Job description
We are seeking an experienced Credentialing professional. In this role, you will be responsible for credentialing new hires and current BCBA clinicians.
- Manage new provider onboarding, monitoring progress and following-up as needed
- Re-credential current employees
- Track license and certification expiration to ensure timely renewals
- Maintain copies of credentialing documents for all clinical staff
- Set-up and maintain credentialing information in the HR system and be expected to perform file audits to ensure all files are current and accurate
- 2+ years of BCBA credentialing experience, preferably in an ABA setting
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Proficient with Excel and Applicant Tracking Systems - specifically employee onboarding
- Possess excellent attention to detail, organized, have excellent verbal, written and computer skills
- Be a quick learner and have a strong sense of completing work in a thorough and expeditious manner while being able to multitasking in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
