ACRC Global is an advanced fertility agency that offers surrogacy, egg donation full services, and IVF concierge services for the intended parent who would create or expand their family. Our headquater offcieis located in Irvine,CA. Brunch office is located in Manhantha,NY. Our global strategy makes our leadership in this industry. Right now, we look forward to working with you to establish our new adventure in NY or CA office.

Responsibilities

• Building and maintaining profitable relationships with customers.
• Overseeing the relationship with customers handled by your team.
• Resolving customer complaints quickly and efficiently.
• Keeping customers updated on the status of each steps.
• Meeting with managers in the organization to plan strategically.
• Expanding the marketing by establish connection with the clinics on the West Coast
• Conducting business reviews using CRM programs.
• Knowing your competition and strategizing accordingly.
• Creative Marketing Strategies. Raise up our reputation on West Coast through but not limited to Social Media, Ads, Digital Marketing, Public Relations...etc.
• Represent the intended parents to attend medical appointments (if applicable)

Requirements

• Bachelor degree
• Has a current or ability to establish and maintain positive relationships with clients or referral sources such as fertility clinics
• Familiar with Social Media is preferred
• New graduates are welcome
• Experienced in surroagcy or infertility industry is prefered
• Muti language is prefered

Full time job in Irvine, CA 92618-Work in the office, hour schedule from Monday-Friday 9 am - 6 pm PST

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday

All clients are requiring wearing mask. All the colleague in the office is vaccinated.
