Vacation Myrtle Beach, a hospitality leader in Myrtle Beach that manages 14 beautiful resorts, is looking for motivated people to join our Guest Services Department at the Crown Reef Resort, an Ocean Front Property. The "At Your Service Agent" is a hybrid position between Guest Services & Safety for our Resort.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Supervise all safety and loss prevention functions of the resort including but not limited to employee and guest incident reporting as it arises. Reporting and following up with incidents with the appropriate manager is crucial.
• Maintain confidentiality with respect to guest and employee incidents.
• Creating and maintaining an effective schedule to ensure coverage
• Hold briefing with Guest Services staff both at the beginning and end of the shift.
• Check I.D. of visitors/employees as necessary.
• Check accommodations, making sure any special requests are carried out accordingly, greet guests upon arrival and ensure escort to accommodations if appropriate.
• Open secured areas for authorized personnel as needed
• Ensure that AYS has luggage carts readily available for guest accessibility
• Check lights and door locks as needed and stress importance with AYS team by regularly following up
• Report auto accidents/theft
• Assist with guest room moves & room shows as needed
• Responsible for key control of the resort
• Ensure that resort keys are signed out by employees and or vendors and returned.
• Constantly walking all floors in the towers, pool deck, parking garage and conference center and ensuring AYS team is where they need to be
• Assist during medical emergencies as needed
• Assist outside agencies as necessary.
• Assist with guests whenever possible. Customer service is our priority!
• Respond to alarms
• Be knowledgeable about hotel and guestroom locking systems.
• Assist in getting change for the various food outlets.
• Escort employees across the street in order to make their money drop.
• Report and follow up on safety hazards as reported by AYS
• Monitor Department for Overtime

Work closely with multiple departments to improve guest services and foster cross departmental communication.
