Urgent Hiring for CT Technologist

Location : Artesia, NM 88210

Shift : Nights 7pm to 7am - rotating 3 -12hr and 4 -12hr

Number of Weeks: 13

Guaranteed Hours: 36

Overtime Starts After : 40

• Job Descriptions :
• ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
• · Responsible for the independent operation of all CT or MR equipment.
• · Perform clinical assessment and CT/MR examination.
• · Use cognitive CT/MR skills to record, and adapt procedures as appropriate.
• · Use independent judgment during the exam.
• · Analyze radiographs, synthesize radiography information and medical history, and document proper information for physician.
• · Assume responsibility for the safety, mental and physical comfort of patient while in their care.

• KNOWLEDGE/SKILL/ABILITIES:
• · Basic computer.
• MINIMUM POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:
• Ø Education – Graduate of an accredited School of Radiology.
• Ø Work Experience-N/A
• Ø Training – N/A
• Ø License/Certification – Current (ARRT); Certified by the State of New Mexico as a Radiologic Technologist; Certified in CT or MR preferred.
