The days of the week are flexible. Includes other weekend and holiday rotations.

Three Links is a progressive health care provider for older adults in the Northfield area. Located just south of the Twin Cities of Minneapolis and St. Paul, the campus includes Skilled Nursing, Respite Care, Memory Care, End of Life Care, Assisted Living, and Independent Living.

We are seeking Culinary Assistants / Cook to join our culinary team at Three Links for part-time shifts. We can work around your busy schedule. Students are encouraged to apply. We offer competitive pay and benefits.

The Culinary Assistant / Cook works under the supervision of the cooks/supervisors and Culinary Service Manager while working collaboratively with members of the dietary staff. Training is provided. Food services experience is preferred, but not required.

Culinary Assistants / Cooks are responsible for carrying out assigned duties, which will assist the cook/supervisor in meal preparation, serving of food, and maintaining the cleanliness of the kitchen and dietary equipment. Must treat residents with courtesy and respect. Must have the ability to follow oral and written directions. Basic math skills to calculate amounts of food and portions are preferred. Must demonstrate ability to carry out personal hygiene standards to prevent contamination of food. Ability to work as a team member and treat job with a sense of responsibility.
