Overview of Facilities Technician Position:

We are looking to add an experienced member to our team that can assist on our special projects such as stripping and waxing floors, carpet cleaning, window washing, post construction clean up as well as contribute to the general cleaning duties of our contracted accounts. MUST HAVE PRIOR EXPERIENCE STRIPPING AND WAXING FLOORS. This is a full time position. Schedule may vary. Jobs can take place at any time, day or night, and we need a candidate that can be flexible and available. Weekend work may be required.

Responsibilities:

• Stripping/Waxing floors
• Window Cleaning
• Carpet Cleaning
• Post Construction Cleaning
• General Cleaning:
• Dust, sweep, vacuum, mop.
• Wipe desks, chairs, conference rooms, break areas.
• Bathrooms (Replace paper and soap, sink, toilet, mirror)
• Empty trash and replace plastic bag.
• Disinfect high touch areas (doorknobs, light switches, etc).
• Lock up buildings.

Requirements

• Prior experience with stripping and waxing floors.
• Prior experience with carpet cleaning
• Experience with water damage restoration a bonus
• Requires frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling of up to 50 lbs.
• Must pass background check.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Live in St. Clair County.
• Have a valid driver's license and own transportation.
