A Dover, NH organization needs a skilled Customer Care and Sales Support Associate on a full-time basis! In this direct-hire position, you will be responsible for assisting customers with placing and tracking their orders, coordinating order fulfillment with vendors, and more.
Responsibilities of the Customer Care and Sales Support Associate
- Place orders for customers
- Track orders and keep customers up to date on their order status
- Ensure vendors are fulfilling orders on a timely basis
- Assist customers with problems or questions
- Assist accounting with billing and documentation questions
- Back up other team members, when required
- Perform other tasks and projects, as required
Qualifications of the Customer Care and Sales Support Associate
- High school diploma required; college degree preferred
- Strong customer service background
- Proficient in Word and Excel
- Highly organized
- Strong communication skills
