Customer Service Manager

About Us: Main Street Parks is a small business in Ocean View, NJ. We are professional, agile and our goal is to foster a warm, well-organized campground community.

Summary:

Campground is starting up an additional business for cabin rentals. We need extra help in addition to current management team to oversee the new business. Act as an onsite leader of the daily operations of the front desk; ensuring guest satisfaction from booking, to check-in and check-out while maintaining guest relationships. Helps customers, manages front desk, and problem solves customer challenges that arise.

Must be available to work weekends. Seasonal opportunity with possibility to stay based on performance and company needs. 5 yrs+ of property management or hospitality experience. Campground experience helpful but not necessary. Compensation competitive and based on experience. Employment required until September.

Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service – helping with collections, answering questions, enforcing rules
  • Leasing (booking short-term rental spaces through online marketing and overseeing the ongoing turnover of these spaces)
  • Tending to customers' complaints and questions and providing exceptional customer service
  • Performing other administrative duties as needed

Skills and requirements:

  • 5 yrs+ of property management or hospitality experience
  • Campground experience helpful but not necessary
  • Property management and hospitality software knowledge a plus
  • Experience with Microsoft Office
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Thrives in high pressure environments
  • Conflict management
  • Customer service

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $14.00 - $20.00 per hour

Experience level:

  • 8 hour shift

Weekly day range:

  • Every weekend
  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Ocean View, NJ: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
