What We Are Seeking

• Customer care in the skincare industry
• Social media platforms/trends
• Creating imagery & designs using popular software
• Writing skills and creativity
• Microsoft 365, Google Drive, and other related software & technology
• We use WordPress for our website, e-commerce, and other functions

About the job

• Primary responsibilities are customer service by phone, live chat, social media, and email correspondence.
• We have a newly renovated, comfortable building, a full kitchen, and friendly staff wearing comfortable attire.
• Additional office duties may include processing and shipping orders, organizing and product testing/research, and internet research.
• Your tasks would relate to your greatest strengths, and we will cultivate your potential to work unsupervised.
• Located across from Oak Park Mall

Requirements:

• Interested in skincare (or willing to learn about it), social media trends, customer service, a positive attitude, and looking forward to learning.
• High school diploma/equivalent or greater
• You must possess good to very good computer skills, and we will train you on WordPress software, operations, and our product line.
• Working at a desk for extended periods
• Live within a reasonable distance of 95th Street & I-35.

Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour
