Evergreen Waste Services is a Residential Hauling company servicing New Castle County Delaware. We currently are looking to hire a bilingual customer service rep with at least 1-year of experience in a call center environment dealing with customer service issues, collections, or Sales.

We are looking for a highly organized, reliable, and career-motivated CSR that works well in a team environment.

Knowledge of Excel and ability to type 40 wpm required. Must be reliable and be able to maintain a high level of confidentiality at all times. This position will require you to take care of existing customers by processing payments safely and accurately, updating account information, and assisting customers.

Collection of past-due accounts. You will also sell to new customers by answering service questions and suggesting services based on those responses.

Our office hours are Monday through Friday 8:30 am-4:30 pm.

Relaxed dress code.
