Customer Service Representative
Looking for an enthusiastic, customer-focused full-time Data Entry/Customer Service Professional to work in our Packaging Division. The individual will possess a strong work ethic, team concept and positive attitude towards customers and team members alike. Room for advancement.
The Responsibilities include:·
- Process customer orders and create shipping/receiving documents, accurately and timely
- Manage incoming calls and emails from customers, associates, and third-party partners professionally, effectively, and calmly
- Review and apply inventory activities, including movements and deletions in the system.
- Maintain and update inventory records
- Reconcile inventory discrepancies
- Investigate and report any stock issues to management
- Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint, determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution
- Assist with developing and implementing efficient inventory management procedures
- Greet and direct drivers and visitors in a warm and friendly manner
- Occasionally assist material handlers with fulfilling purchase orders, labeling product, cleaning warehouse
- Enthusiastically and unprompted assist other team members in tasks outside core responsibilities to ensure projects are completed to NAL’s quality standards
- Any other assigned duties/responsibilities
Needed Qualities:
- Computer and Internet Literate.
- Ability to stay organized.
- Attention to detail.
- Analyzing information.
- Confidentiality.
- Type 35-40 WPM.
- Excellent phone etiquette.
- Strong Reading Comprehension.

Work Experience:
- At least 1+ years of customer service experience
Education:
- High school diploma.
- Some college courses work preferred.
