Responsibilities:
- Assist with administrative tasks
- Answer the phone with a smile on your face
- Help customers with complaints, questions, and concerns
- Build value for each call
- Enter data into the software
- Schedule calls
- Contribute to other tasks as needed
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Able to pass a background check and drug test
- Ability to multi-task
- Preferred computers, computer programming, technical, and marketing majors
- Must be authorized to work in the US
