About you:

The Customer Service Representative is responsible to ensure the integrity of the data within the inventory management system and physical inventory are accurate in our internal system. This individual is required to actively engage through various information and systems as well as a formal communication across multiple customers the organization has. Additionally, this position requires to perform various processes such as: data entry, validating inventory traceability through integrates systems, reviewing order books, matching information from customer and internal portals. Due to the criticality of your work, you need to have a strong accuracy for data entry, knowledge and understanding of warehouse work instructions, policies, and procedures.


Qualifications


What you'll need:

Respond with urgency and in a timely manner, as requested; be proactive in the approach to the assigned workload and business needs; and as trained. In addition, you will need:

  • Excellent communication, be a true team player and take pride in your work everyday
  • Ability and experience to work through account management problems involving multiple variables in standardized situations
  • Customer service skills to provide the best service in diverse situations
  • Minimum of 1-year previous experience in system portals data entry, preferred in aerospace industry
  • Microsoft Excel at an intermediate or advanced level
