Customer Support Representative - WFH (Must live in UT)
WFH - Must live in UT
$16/hr + quarterly bonuses (avg $700)

What you’ll do:

• Inbound calls educating customers on all products and processes
• Process payments and create payment plans
• You will research unique inquiries to provide a resolution or escalate inquiries if needed
• You will use internal resources to solve inquiries and keep customer notes in the company database

Qualifications:

• 1 year call center experience
• Demonstrated ability to perform basic mathematical functions
• Willingness to review financial applications
• Great verbal and written skills
• Detail-oriented and Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Skilled at responding to customers’ questions and needs
• Aptitude to verify customer identity and credit merit
• Ability to review a high volume of data and extract necessary documents
