Customer Service Specialist/Inside Sales
Job description
Main responsibilities- Answering phones, Scheduling Appointments, Taking Payments, Managing Accounts Receivable, Representing Company, Building Customer Relationships, etc.

Availability: Business hours 8:30-5:30 Monday-Friday.
Key Results Area #1: Phones and Scheduling
Performance Standards
- Receive, direct and relay telephone messages and e-mails.
- Answer incoming calls and emails, and return all messages within 1 hour during business hours and 24 Hours if after hours. Inform customers of any preparation or instructions before service is performed and once service is complete. Provide any documentation, safety data and/or treatment recommendations to clients as requested.
- Serve current customers by managing and maintaining schedules for each technician. Ensure efficiency when scheduling routes. Protect company resources with Time, Labor and Travel.
- Build relationships with current and potential customers by providing exceptional service and communication, schedule services and follow-ups as recommended, look for opportunities to Wow clients and make every interaction with Pest Pros a positive experience.
- Serve the Pest Pros Team by providing excellent communication within the organization. Keep detailed notes of communication with customers.
- Maintain company electronics and supplies by performing or recommending general maintenance, replacement or additional purchases. Keep an inventory of supplies on hand and collaborate with the team to order supplies as needed.
- Help the team to Meet daily production goals as set by the team/leader each month.
Key Results Area #2: Accounts Receivable
Performance Standards
- Collect payments from customers. Collect payment upfront when possible.
- Manage Accounts Receivable. Send Monthly statements.
- Keep detailed notes on past due accounts. Send overdue accounts to collections
- Ensure that all credit accounts have a credit application on file.
