One of our clients is currently in need of Customer Service Representatives to help take incoming customer calls. The ideal candidate will have prior experience as a customer service representative and possess the ability to listen well to customers' product concerns and offer quick and effective solutions. We are looking for an individual who is dedicated to maintaining a professional and courteous relationship with our customers and assisting them in any way possible.

Responsibilities:

• Be able to quickly and accurately answer questions.
• Perform administrative tasks for manager.
• Handle incoming calls from customers, suppliers, and other business partners.
• Manage the email inbox for easy access to emails.
• Perform various tasks as needed by management.
• Be able to converse with managers about any topics that need attention.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $3,500.00 - $5,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

• San Jose, CA 95131: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
