We are seeking a talented Customer Success Manager to join our team and support our advertising customers. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering customer satisfaction as well as a drive for pushing key metrics. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring our clients' advertising campaigns meet and exceed their goals, driving customer loyalty, and advocacy.

Responsibilities:

● Work with clients to understand their advertising needs and develop customized solutions that align with their goals

● Communicate with customers through onboarding phone calls and proactive email campaigns

● Monitor and analyze clients' advertising campaigns to ensure they are achieving their desired results, and proactively identify opportunities for improvement

● Provide regular reporting and insights to clients, highlighting performance metrics, key trends, and opportunities for optimization

● Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, engineering, and support, to resolve client issues and ensure seamless campaign execution

● Champion the customer experience and advocate for the voice of the customer throughout the organization

● Drive client retention, renewal, and upsell opportunities by maintaining a deep understanding of clients' businesses and product pain points.

Requirements: ● 1+ years of experience in a customer success, account management, or similar role, preferably in the advertising technology space

● Proven track record of building strong client relationships and driving customer satisfaction

● Strong analytical skills and experience working with data to inform decision-making

● Excellent communication and presentation skills, with an ability to effectively convey complex information to both technical and non-technical audiences

● Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

● Passion for customer success and a drive to exceed client expectations

Skills needed:

● Strong communication skills with experience communicating via phone, computer screen share (demos), and via email

● Problem solver with the ability to adapt to the quirks of a new product and find creative solutions to unblock customers

● Pragmatic with the ability to set clear expectations for customers and come up with alternatives to requests we cannot fulfill

● Experience managing accounts, ideally experience in a Customer Success or Account Management role

● Experience working with advertising products
