Requirements:

This is a WORK FROM HOME position paying $15.00 an hour.

POSITION SUMMARY

The Customer Success Specialist strives to develop and maintain positive relationships to retain current businesses and clients by analyzing and meeting the needs of each business and individual, boosts the organization’s brand and educates and guides clients through Vocational Rehabilitation procedures.

Essential Functions Statement(s)

  • Develops, maintains and expands relationships by actively promoting our services to existing and prospective businesses and clients.
  • Builds long-term relationships with clients by building rapport, striving to understand their needs and develops a plan to address them.
  • Aims to preserve clients and renew contracts with businesses for long-term customer and company success.
  • Communicates with current client base, prospective clients and businesses utilizing the company’s texting and dialing platform.
  • Resolves business and client complaints and concerns quickly and effectively.
  • Forwards referral opportunities to Area Managers and field staff promptly.
  • Communicates with Youth Program customers to inform them of events, opportunities and any pending actions.
  • Congratulates customers for reaching milestones in efforts to maintain engagement.
  • Submits messages via text and/or email to people who may qualify for and benefit from the company’s services to educate them on the opportunity and invite them to apply for services.
  • Submits messages to various organizations via email campaigns who work with potential customers who may qualify for and benefit from the company’s services to educate them on the opportunity and lead to cross marketing campaigns.
  • Completes other related tasks as directed.

SKILLS & ABILITIES

Education: HS Diploma required; Associate degree in related field preferred.

Experience: Minimum three years’ experience in sales or customer service role preferred;

Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) practices preferred.

Computer Skills: Proficient with Microsoft Suite, Adobe and web-based database systems;

CRM experience required; website design experience preferred.

Other Requirements:

  • Experience working with individuals with disabilities is helpful.
  • Strong ability to build rapport with customers.
  • Must have strong strategic/analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Bilingual is a plus (English / Spanish), but not required; ASL is a plus.
  • Confidentiality and the ability to handle multiple deadlines is required.
  • Must have own computer, printer, smartphone with data plan, and high-speed internet connection.

Supervision: No supervisory responsibilities.

Travel: No travel required.
