We are a small company with three stores, all in Virginia. We reward people for hard work and promote talent quickly. We know you have a life outside of work, so we try our best to be flexible when “stuff” happens, as long as you keep us informed. We have a great core team of dedicated people and we’re looking to add a few specific roles.

Everyone talks about “customer service” but we really mean it. We want every person that walks in our door to leave satisfied. You can never go wrong as long as you were doing your best to make a customer happy.

We are looking for a good person to be part of our Deli team. You will be helping to take orders and serve customers.

Each day Farm Fresh’s Deli produces a variety of freshly prepared foods, including fried chicken, chef prepared salads, to-go meals and sandwiches.

We could bore you with a list of job requirements all those big companies publish, but frankly that bores us too. We are more interested in good people than checking boxes. The bottom line is this: if you are dedicated and like to work with people in a customer facing role , we are interested in talking to you.

No late nights! We have a several shift options available, but generally they are 6 or 7AM to early afternoon and late morning to early evening.

Finally, while this is usually a part-time position, if you are looking for a full-time home and have the skills, let’s talk.

Pay: $13.00 - $16.00 per hour
