- Create an engaging and fun experience for customers upon taking delivery of their RV.
- Call customers to confirm appointments and communicate important information.
- Assist customers by stepping them through the process of the RV purchase.
- Help answer questions and resolve issues by leading customers to the appropriate personnel.
- Entry data, such as appointment information/customer information/issues/notes in different logs.
- Communicate with all departments via emails, radio, phones and face-to-face.
- Provide amazing customer service throughout their whole experience.
- Minimum of a High School Diploma is required.
- Must be able to communicate effectively, both verbal and written.
- Previous Customer Service experience is required, ideally within retail setting.
- People oriented, interacting positively with clients and other team members.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Able to effectively troubleshoot and address/resolve customer complaints and issues.
- Attentiveness, decision-making, adaptability and relationship development are all keys to success in this positions.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to details and multitasking is essential.
- Experience in a fast-paced, high-stress environment.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, Excel and other basic computer programs.
