Job description
The primary responsibilities of this job are as follows:
Maintaining a delivery log
Coordinating routes & loads for delivery drivers/crews.
Contacting customers regarding delivery dates, times & logistics.
Rescheduling deliveries if needed.
Tracking & ordering supplies necessary for deliveries.
Answering incoming calls, evaluating customer issues, resolving when possible & referring to management when needed.
Occasionally assisting with customer deliveries.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
