It is the job of our Dental Receptionist to ensure that patients receive a warm and friendly welcome to our staff, and provide convenient treatment plans in a timely manner. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and a strong work ethic. The right individual will work well with doctors, hygienists and patients in order to create an environment that feels comfortable for all.
Responsibilities:
- Answer patient questions about billing and appointment scheduling.
- Answer patients' questions about treatment options.
- Answer patients' questions about payment options.
- Refer patients to other specialists as needed.
- Inform patients of their dental benefits.
- Schedule appointments.
- Take payments from patients.
