EDUCATION:
- Bachelor’s Degree in a business or technical field is required.
- Master’s Degree in a business or technical field is highly desired and will receive additional consideration.
CERTIFICATION:
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA) Level III Program Management is required.
- Other Certifications relevant to Program or Project Management are highly desired and will receive additional consideration.
REQUIREMENTS:
Successful candidates will display strong communication skills, and a sense of urgency with regard to both client and leadership inquiries. A financial background or experience working within Deltek Costpoint is desired.
Minimum Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of program or project leadership/support experience, with 1 year in a program or project role responsible for technical, financial, schedule, and administrative performance is required.
- Minimum of 1 year as Program or Project Manager on a Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC) Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) is required.
- Using strong leadership, communication, stakeholder engagement, analysis, integration, and risk and change management skills is required.
- Experience making informed non-technical solution recommendations to senior clients on concerns/issues is required.

Position Duties/Tasks:
- Responsible for successful program planning and execution. Program includes dozens of independent Time and Materials (T&M) task orders, each with their own “client”.
- Report directly to, and coordinate with, the Program Manager and company executive leadership for the execution and performance of the entire program.
- Directly manage select high visibility/impact task orders and lead/mentor Project Managers in management of task orders they are assigned.

- Make recommendations to the Program Manager and company executive leadership on proposed changes to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the program.
- Serve as a principal point of contact for program and task order planning, monitoring, controlling, and completion for company executives and Government clients.

- Establish, monitor, and control measures to achieve client and company performance metrics.

- Draft programmatic content for inclusion in vendor subcontracts for program support.
- Input on, analyze, and make recommendations on proposed contract modifications.

- Grow the program while maintaining superb performance evaluations and client relationships.
- Identify new business opportunities for company capture, within or outside the program.
Travel:
Occasional travel to the company headquarters in Tampa, FL should be anticipated, as well as regular visits to the client site in Washington, D.C.
Location:
While this position does offer hybrid flexibility, a regular presence at the Ballston office is expected.
