Aaron Manor: Aaron Manor is a 60-bed, family-owned skilled nursing facility in Chester, Connecticut specializing in short-term rehabilitation and long-term care. We are currently hiring a Part Time (16 Hours) Dietician. Come and join our team!
The responsibility of a Dietitian includes but not limited to:
- Assume the administrative authority, responsibility, and accountability of directing the Dietary Department.
- Inspect food storage rooms, utility/janitorial closets, etc., for upkeep and supply control.
- Participate in maintaining records of the resident's food likes and dislikes.
- Assist in developing methods for determining quality and quantity of food served.

Requirements for a Dietitian
- Must possess, as a minimum, a bachelor’s degree in Dietetics from an accredited college or university.
- Must have training in cost control, food management, diet therapy, etc.
- Be able to speak and write the English language in an understandable manner.
- Be able to push, pull, move, and/or lift a minimum of 40 pounds to a minimum height of 3 feet and be able to push, pull, move, and/or carry such weight a minimum distance of 4 feet.
- Must be able to work around food and cleaning products.
- Proof of Covid 19 vaccination
