EDUCATION & CERTIFICATIONS

• Registered Dietitian credential or Licensed Dietitian
• Eligible to sit for RD Exam (RD2B)

REGISTERED DIETITIAN/NUTRITIONIST JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead and direct nutritional care of residents
• Collaborate with MD, OT, ST, Nursing & the Nutrition Services team
• Active member of the IDT team
• Comprehensive nutrition assessments
• High-risk documentation on weights, wounds, renal & tube fed residents
