Digital Marketing & Communications Manager – Job Description

Prime Time Healthcare, voted #1 best Place to Work in Omaha, is looking to add an experienced Digital Marketing & Communications Manager who will implement positive marketing initiatives for our growing company! The ideal candidate will be an effective collaborator and motivator who can develop and create new digital marketing strategies and lead a team to success.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to create awareness for the company’s business development activities
• Develop and execute social media campaigns across various platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok
• Collaborate with designers, content creators, and other team members to create compelling and engaging social media content
• Supervise the department and provide strategic leadership and guidance to other marketing professionals
• Monitor progress and submit company social media performance reports (i.e., tracking leads, visits to website, analytics. etc.)
• Responsible for producing valuable content for the company’s online presence, editorial design and organizing the company’s publications
• Create and maintain a successful brand and image for the company
• Collaborate with other executives to make high-level decisions regarding the budget and the direction of the company
• Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices and incorporate them into the company's strategy
• Oversee social media marketing platforms and analytics

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing and communications or relevant field
• Proven experience required with portfolio
• Excellent leadership and organizational skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Analytical and creative thinking skills
• Strong attention to detail

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
