Responsibilities of the Lead Paid Media Specialist Position
This leadership position requires an experienced paid media specialist with a proven track record of managing client accounts and generating revenue. We are not seeking an entry-level candidate who needs to learn how to develop and manage campaigns. As the Lead Paid Media Specialist, you will manage client accounts and build the position into a revenue-generating department.
Additional responsibilities as the Lead Paid Media Specialist will include advising and mentoring other paid media specialists, developing, executing, and optimizing cutting-edge digital campaigns from conception to launch, and working cross-departmentally to align campaign strategies and goals.
You will provide actionable reports on campaign performance to relevant stakeholders and define, measure, and evaluate relevant paid media KPIs to ensure campaign success on platforms such as:
- Google Ads
- Bing Ads
- TikTok
Salary & Benefits
This position offers a competitive salary ranging from $60,000 to $75,000 annually, based on your qualifications and expertise. Additionally, you will enjoy a wide range of benefits, including:
