Job description

Alfredo's is seeking an experienced Dining Room Supervisor who will oversee the daily operations of the restaurant. The candidate should be self-motivated, friendly, organized and a proven leader. The position will be a mixture of evening shifts (3:00pm-11:00pm) and mid-shifts (12:00pm-8:00pm).

Job responsibilities include but aren't limited to:

· Opening and Closing preparations and paperwork

· Making sure dining room is ready for service

· End of night closing procedures are followed

· Handling customer inquiries and complaints

· Taking reservations

· Greeting and advising customers

· Problem solving

· Training and supervising staff

· Maintaining safe working conditions

· Ensuring compliance with licensing, hygiene and health and safety legislation/guidelines

· Help overseeing stock levels

Job qualifications and skills:

· 2+ years supervisor experience in the restaurant industry

· Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends

· Excellent interpersonal communication skills

· Exceptional organization and leadership skills

· Dependable and reliable

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: Up to $45,000.00 per year
